Why is shipping not available for my address?

We are operating under a Washington Cottage Food Permit which limits us to selling our snack products only for local pick-up, local delivery, or at one of our pop-up events.

Can shirts be shipped outside of Washington State?

Yes! We can ship our shirts anywhere within US or Canada.

Where can we find your products?

We are selling online for pickup or local delivery. We also pop up at different markets, breweries and other small businesses in and around Seattle, WA. Make sure you're following us on Instagram and check-out our Events page to find where we'll be next!

If I placed an order local delivery (Seattle) what day will it be delivered?

We generally do home deliveries on Saturday or Sunday, depending on location. If you have any questions about your home delivery order please contact us at gochisocafe@gmail.com.

Where do you offer local delivery to?

We do local deliveries within a 15-mile radius of our pick-up location (Cromwell Park).

If I selected local pickup, when will I be able to pick up my snacks?

To coordinate pickup, email us at gochisocafe@gmail.com and include in the subject line: "Local Pickup - [Your Order #]" to arrange and confirm your pickup time.

You will receive a pickup notification via email as soon as your items are available for pickup.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products are freshest within 7 days of opening. However, our products come in a resealable bag, and if kept in a cool and dark place, they will last 2-3 months! We doubt they will last that long though ;)

Do you have any vegan or gluten free options?

Yes! We have a vegan/gluten free option for our Coco's Mix and our Gong Gong's Mix is vegan.
